PG Surgical Advisory, LLC

Better systems. Stronger teams. Lasting results.

Advisory for sterile processing, perioperative and surgical operations. We work on the floor with your team and leave you with a plan your people own.

01The problem

Sound familiar?

None of this means your people don't care. It means the system around them needs work.

  • 01Trays show up missing instruments, and the case waits.
  • 02Immediate use steam sterilization (IUSS) has become the plan, not the exception.
  • 03First cases start late, and nobody agrees why.
  • 04SPD and the OR blame each other.
  • 05Survey season feels like a fire drill.
  • 06Good people leave, and the fixes leave with them.
02What we do

Three ways we help.

Surgical operations, strategy and transformation. One partner for sterile processing and the OR, from the decontam sink to the back table.

Surgical Operations

The daily work of getting instruments, rooms and people ready for every case.

  • Sterile processingWe map every step from decontam to delivery, find where trays break down, and rebuild the workflow with your team.
  • Perioperative operationsFirst-case starts, turnover, case carts and preference cards, reviewed and tightened together.
  • Survey readinessPolicies, IFU compliance and documentation, reviewed before surveyors walk in.

Strategy

Decisions about space, people and money, made with a clear picture first.

  • Strategic planningBuilding, expanding or starting over. We help you plan space, staffing, equipment and instrument inventory before the money is spent.
  • Assessment and roadmapA clear look at where you are today, and a ranked list of what to fix first.

Transformation

Changing how the work gets done, and helping your team keep it that way.

  • Operational improvementClear measures, standard work and short daily huddles that surface problems before they reach the OR.
  • Education and trainingHands-on training, competency programs and certification prep for techs and leaders.
03The instrument loop

Follow a tray.

Drag the tray around the loop. Every stop is a place things can break, and a place we work on with your team.

Where it breaks

Instruments sit after the case and blood dries on.

What we work on

Point-of-use care that happens every case.

04How we work

Not a binder. A working plan.

Recommendations that sit on a shelf don't fix anything. We stay through the rollout.

01

Walk the floor.

We start where the work happens. Every shift, every step, from the decontam sink to the back table.

02

Build it with your team.

Your people help write the new workflow, so it fits your facility and they own it.

03

Make it stick.

We coach and measure with you until the new way is simply the way. Then we hand it off.

05Why PG

Both sides of the door.

Many problems live in the handoff between sterile processing and the OR. We work on both sides, so the gaps get attention.

  • One partner for SPD and the OR.
  • Fixes your team helps design and owns.
  • Support through the rollout, not just a report.

08Questions

Fair questions.

No. Most problems are process problems. We build a feedback loop, not a blame loop, and your team helps design the fix.

We work around your cases and across every shift. Patient care comes first.

That often happens when the work ends at a report. We stay through the rollout and track the measures with you, so the work does not stop at recommendations.

Yes. Hospitals, health systems and ambulatory surgery centers.

No, and we are wary of anyone who does. Every facility is different. We tell you what we find, what we do not yet know, and what we recommend, and we measure progress with you as we go.

Every engagement is scoped to your facility and goals. The first call is free, and you get a clear proposal before anything starts.
